There’s nothing better than the excitement that comes with something new—a new car, a new opportunity, a new season (hello, Spring!)— to make us feel hopeful and optimistic. And that is exactly the feeling our CommerceHub team is experiencing right now.
We recently introduced two major new products, our Commerce Suite and Delivery Suite solutions – and you can read the announcement here. This might not seem like such a big deal; I mean, companies launch new products all the time, right? But what makes these so exciting is that they are a result of new momentum we are building across the company, with a growing team of really smart and talented people delivering major innovation for our customers. And our customers are some of the most recognized brands on the planet: Walmart, Samsung, Adidas, Home Depot, Luxottica, Dell, Macy’s… and the list goes on!
A little over a year ago, CommerceHub began to transform the company in order to better enable customers like these to meet the needs of the Now Economy. And we are making significant progress in that transformation.
So what is the Now Economy?
In a recent blog, our CEO, Bryan Dove, described it this way: “In today’s Now Economy, consumers expect to find the products they want on your site at their fingertips, and then receive them how and when they want them.”
In other words, our customers need to always have the products consumers want, deliver them faster and for free, all while making the experience enjoyable and hassle-free. Super simple. And really hard to do. That’s where we come in.
At CommerceHub, taking smart risks is a superpower
We’re making it easier for our customers to give consumers what they want, when they want it. To do this, we are taking our company to new heights, delivering innovation that is accelerating online commerce, and building a culture that is more collaborative, more customer-centric, open, transparent and takes more smart risks in the interest of helping our partners and each other.
It has been exhilarating and challenging, but it has not been easy. We’ve learned that transformations aren’t linear and there’s no straight path to where we want to go. It’s curvy, and full of bumps along the way. But the CommerceHub team has demonstrated commitment and perseverance, and most importantly we have a shared vision of what we can accomplish together. Our new products are indicative of this, and we are just getting started! Our team is stronger than ever, but there’s more work to do and we’re looking to continue on our growth path by adding motivated and talented individuals across the company.
