Philanthropy and Volunteerism

Our annual charitable contributions support a number of organizations in their community outreach effort and CommerceHub offers a company match for qualified donations. Also, our team is dedicated to many local causes and volunteers over 1,200 hours a year to these wonderful organizations.

CommerceHub is headquartered in the ZEN Building on the SUNY Polytechnic campus in Albany, NY. ZEN is the largest zero energy-capable, mixed-use building in the United States.

Beneath an ultra-light ETFE roof system, formal and informal collaboration and social spaces create a dynamic 10,000 GSF community hub. The atrium light well harvests daylight to offset 70% of the building’s electrical consumption without adversely impacting building load.

Our choice to locate our headquarters in this building was purposeful as we look for more ways to lessen the impact we make on our climate and environment. Buildings like the ZEN Building are a model for the rest of the world and we’re proud to call it our workplace home.
