Executive Team

A product creator with an adeptness for leading highly successful teams, Bryan brings his passion for innovation, commitment to quality and customer-centric product and marketing approach to his role as CEO of CommerceHub. Bryan began his career architecting technology solutions that changed the healthcare industry. He has had successful tenures at tech giants — Microsoft, Skype and Amazon Web Services — where he led large-scale engineering and product teams focused on innovation and high-growth initiatives. Most recently, he spent five years at Skyscanner, a global travel marketplace, culminating in leading the company as CEO. During his time at Skyscanner, he led a team of 2,000 across eight countries on three continents that grew to more than $25 billion in travel spend annually across 800 million travelers in over 80 markets.

As Chief Financial Officer, Matthew oversees the company’s accounting, finance, risk management and budgeting functions. His extensive experience includes over twenty years leading finance organizations at SaaS and software companies, including over a decade in CFO roles. Prior to joining CommerceHub, Matthew served as CFO at Illuminate Education, one of the portfolio companies of CommerceHub’s lead investor, Insight Partners. He previously held CFO positions at InMoment, Telesign and LiveOffice, and key finance leadership roles at Intuit, Digital Insight and CSFB. Matthew has an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.

Blaine leads the development of CommerceHub’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. He served as SVP of Operations and Product at Dsco. He was one of the 11 founding team members of Dsco. Blaine has a MS and BS in accounting from Brigham Young University. He enjoys being in the outdoors and spending time with his eight children.

Doug is responsible for providing legal direction and support for CommerceHub’s legal and business needs. Before joining CommerceHub, Doug served for ten years as in-house counsel to Infor, a multi-national software-as-a-service (SaaS) and on-premises enterprise software company with over 14,000 employees and operations in over 200 countries and territories. Prior to that, Doug was a transactional lawyer for six years at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo PC, a full-service Boston law firm where he represented companies and investors in corporate finance, M&A and securities transactions, and a wide array of general corporate matters. After graduating from Boston College Law School, Doug served as a law clerk to the Hon. Justice Neil Lynch at the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Doug enjoys skiing and snowboarding, live music and has an unhealthy interest in Boston sports teams.


Adam serves as CTO leading the company’s engineering, security, and IT teams. He is a transformative senior technology executive with extensive experience in technology leadership, strategy, and execution of large scale, global initiatives. Adam takes a customer-centric approach to innovation, understanding how to partner with key business stakeholders and turn requirements into a high value technology product or platform that drives desired customer outcomes. Adam’s previous experience includes CTO at iHeart Radio, SVP of Customer Solutions and VP of Engineering at Fastly, SVP of Engineering at Thomson Reuters, VP of Engineering at the Huffington Post, and additional engineering leadership roles at leading technology and media companies. Adam has a BS Degree in Computer Science, Physics from the University at Albany, SUNY.

Erik is responsible for setting the overall strategy and vision for the company. He leads corporate development activities, including M&A, and strategic management initiatives to support the operationalization of the company’s strategy into enterprise-wide goals and objectives. In addition, Erik oversees CommerceHub’s business intelligence/analytics team. Erik has been with CommerceHub for 22 years. He started as an intern. He briefly left CommerceHub in 2006 to start a consulting and software development lab that launched multiple ecommerce products, including a product content management system and a supplier search engine, and transformed a small newswire service into a cloud-based EdTech provider with over 500 university customers. Erik rejoined CommerceHub in 2012 to help reposition and grow the company. He has his MBA and BA in business administration from the State University of New York at Albany. Erik enjoys spending time with his family.

Janay leads CommerceHub’s People team. She has a passion for creating and building high-performing workplace cultures. She brings more than 14 years of HR experience building teams and fostering career and professional development and growth at fast-moving tech companies. Prior to joining CommerceHub, Janay served as VP of People Strategy at Dsco. Janay graduated from Westminster College, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Outside of work, Janay enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid yogi, Peloton rider and loves going to the ballet.

John leads the global sales team at CommerceHub. He has more than 20 years of success in strategic revenue leadership roles at early-stage tech companies and leading enterprise software companies, including Expertvoice, Infopia, Siebel (Oracle), and NetSuite (Oracle). John has a BS in finance, with a minor in marketing, from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business Management. He is highly passionate about all things with engines, tires and wings.

Mike is responsible for all business and client development efforts at CommerceHub. He is considered one of the leading experts on drop-ship fulfillment in the retail industry and was the second employee at QVC.com where he helped launch the site and built its fulfillment operations into one of the industry’s first drop-ship networks with over 300 suppliers powering more than $100 million in sales in 1999. After QVC.com, Mike helped start Craftopia.com, which was sold to HSN. Mike has a BA in Management from Davenport University and enjoys spending time in the outdoors and with his family.

Philip serves as Managing Director and is focused on helping grow our European business. He has spent more than 30 years in retail and the CPG sectors, including at Sainsbury’s and Oracle. In a career spanning 25 years, Pete has led sales and business development teams for leading cloud software and cybersecurity companies, and now heads up global go-to-market efforts for CommerceHub to drive the greatest value and success for customers. Previously, he served as CRO for Riskified and prior to that was SVP, Global Business Development at SAP. Pete also held executive leadership roles at Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks, Polycom and other leading technology companies. He has a bachelor’s degree from St. Olaf College in Minnesota.
